Holton T602 Trumpet – Reconditioned – Holton Case & USA 7C Mouthpiece Bore: .456 – Serial# 222*** Great playing Holton model with 99% lacquer showing light signs of use with some dent work and with a solder repair on the tail to lead-pipe brace completed, horn is solid . Excellent compression, all slides are smooth, 3rd slide moves nicely and caps thread easily. Oversized Holton Case is in good condition, USA 7C mouthpiece is included. UpYourBrass shop policies are to offer only inspected, repaired, thoroughly cleaned, detailed horns. (This is a $150 service for complete reconditioning at the shop)Horn is dis-assembled and inspected, soaked in an organic de-greasing solution and scrubbedBody, valves and components are treated in an organic chem clean with Tesch products (Tesch is recommended by NAPBIRT) Hand-lapped valves and chambers (This process can take up to an hour) Complete detail of all components, hot water scrubbed and prepped for assembly Valves aligned, pads and springs replaced as neededPlay tested and final inspected before listing for sale ***Clean your instrument regularly (especially lead-pipe and tuning slide) and have a chem-clean or ultrasonic clean done every two years. Vintage cases are all disinfected, cleaned and sanitized but there may be a residual horn smell in any old case.
